Voucher FAQs

Your voucher will be issued after the validation process has been completed and the full validation period has passed. In most cases this is 120 days. Details of how to claim your voucher will be sent to the email address provided no sooner than the validation period has passed.

When a sale is validated, Avinity send links to customers to claim their rewards, each link has an expiry date – typically 30 days from issue. If rewards are not redeemed within this period, Avinity are unable to issue new rewards.

Unfortunately, we can’t change the delivery address. The email address you submitted is the email address we’ll use to send the voucher to.

 This is an e-gift card that you can use at your selected retailer.

Each voucher brand has a different expiry length. Please check the retailers website for full details on expiry dates.
We are unable to query the status of your gift until the validation period of 120 days of this promotion has passed.
You will receive an email from Avinity on how to claim your voucher when the validation period of 120 days is passed.
Although we recommend you use the same email address for both, we can track and match your order via third party tracking.
Unfortunately you cannot change your voucher for a different brand or for cash or cash equivalent.
We securely store your email address to allow us to send you your voucher. Once voucher links have expired, we will store your email in our database for a further 12 months to allow us to support with any queries. After this period, email addresses will be automatically deleted.
